They are very professional and they do a wonderful job on delivering your medicines. I love all the employees and the pharmacist they are awesome.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! After SaveMart closed we went to Walgreens and they were horrible so we changed to MedEx and they are amazing...so friendly, punctual, refill without even telling them, and delivered without telling them which I find as the BEST customer service! Very pleased! Thank you for being caring and compassionate to us folks who need medication!

The absolute best service anyone could ask for. Employees are courteous & always have smiles. The pharmacist will take time to talk to you even though they’re busy, they don’t make it seem like they’re too busy for you.

Emad and the staff at the Hanford store are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always are eager to help solve any issues you might have with prescriptions or refills and will do their best to prevent any unnecessary out of pocket expenses. The fact that they greet customers by name when they walk in the door is an example of how the company culture at the Hanford Medex Pharmacy is customer centered. In my opinion, their great customer service easily offsets the fact that their hours are somewhat more limited that those of the larger national chain stores.
